Karang Jahe Beach in Punjulharjo Village, Rembang Regency, has experienced rapid visitor growth, yet no comprehensive evaluation of its operational facility standards and governance sustainability had previously been conducted. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability (CHSE) standards along the site's physical circulation corridor, to analyze the destination's governance sustainability based on Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) criteria, and to formulate improvement recommendations based on the compliance gaps identified. A qualitative-evaluative approach was used, combining structured physical audits and indepth interviews with stakeholders. The CHSE compliance score reached 68.33% (Fair category), with the highest score on the Environmental Sustainability pillar (71.43%) and the lowest on the Health pillar (64.29%). The GSTC assessment showed an overall score of 69.05% (Fair category), with the Socioeconomic pillar achieving a perfect score (100%), confirming the success of the Community-Based Tourism model through BUMDes Abimantrana, while the Sustainable Management pillar was the weakest (58.33%) due to the absence of a formal strategic planning document. The gap analysis identified 18 compliance gaps, mapped into a priority matrix based on urgency and ease of implementation, producing staged recommendations for BUMDes Abimantrana, the Punjulharjo Village Government, and the Rembang Regency Government.
