      Abstract

The rapid growth of digital payments in Indonesia has led Bank Indonesia to launch the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) as a unified QR payment standard effective since 2020. Despite continuous merchant growth, transaction volume has remained inconsistent, indicating that initial adoption does not guarantee continued usage. This study analyzes factors influencing behavioral intention to reuse (BIR) of QRIS in Solok City using a modified Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) for the post-adoption context. Data were collected from buyer users analyzed via SEM-PLS and MSME merchants via descriptive analysis. Results confirm all TAM causal pathways are significant, with attitude toward using emerging as the dominant predictor of BIR. Merchant analysis reveals highly positive perceptions across all constructs but an attitude-intention gap due to infrastructure and ecosystem barriers. This study produces strategic recommendations for regulators and payment service providers to enhance QRIS usage continuity in Solok City.
