dc.description.abstractGalohgor is one of nutraceutical made of the 56 kinds of plants herbs. Empirically, galohgor has benefits, that‟s to increase the production of breast milk. The aim of this study was to create formula have acceptability and analyze it‟s nutrient contents of galohgor cookies. The study was conducted by completely randomized design with four concentration of galohgor extract i.e 0%, 2.5%, 5% and 7.5%. Determination of selected cookies was based on acceptability of panelist acceptability. Cookies with 2.5% of galohgor extract was the selected formula that was determined by highest percentage of acceptability (81%). It was contained 3.58% of water, 1.57% of ash, 30.56% of fat, 4.21 of protein and 63.65% of carbohydrat each serving size (40 g) cookies galohgor contained 1,2 g of galohgor extract, 219 Calory of energy, 12.2 g of fat, 1.68 g of protein, and 25.5 g of carbohydrat.en
