dc.description.abstractThe objective of this study was to learn and analyze the relationship between the pattern of food consumption, nutritional status, stress level, and health status in Women Participants of Jantung Sehat Gymnastics at Cianjur, West Java. This study used cross-sectional study design. Sampling method used was purposive sampling. Descriptive analysis showed the highest level adequacy of energy 36.6% and the highest level adequacy of protein 48.8%. Nutritional status based on BMI were categorized as overweight. Stress level of sample were categorized as light depression. Systole blood pressure of the sample were categorized as prehypertension and also hypertension stage I, whereas diastole was categorized as hypertension stage II. Casual Plasma Glucose os sample was normal. Osteoarthritis during one week of sample was categorized as no pain. The Pearson and Spearman correlation test showed that nutritional status with nutrient intake, stress level, and nutritional status of the sample had no significant relationship (p>0.05).en
