The method used is based on the time of arrival queuing simulation transport and unloading time for each transport. The data used are secondary data, that is data transport sugarcane population for one day. The results of research on the sugarcane transport disassembly queuing system in PT GMP indicates that the value of the total waiting time, total time in the system, the total idle time, (), (L), (Lq), (W), (Wq), and the probability the server idle (Po) on the simulation results better than the actual condition.
