      Abstract
Sugarcane is a perishable crops (yield easily down). The yield of sugarcane can be kept down if not immediately in the process although it has been cut down. Freshness is one of the factors that can affect a decrease in the yield of sugarcane. Queue at the post demolition transport sugar cane to the problem, because the delay time of grinding sugar cane. Queue transport arising from random arrival. The purpose of this study : (1) Identify the demolition system in PT Gunung Madu Plantations (GMP) transport cane, (2) Identify the queuing model implemented in PT GMP, and (3) to analyze the queuing model that should be in the process of dismantling transport cane to PT GMP order to ensure an optimum. The method used is based on the time of arrival queuing simulation transport and unloading time for each transport. The data used are secondary data, that is data transport sugarcane population for one day. The results of research on the sugarcane transport disassembly queuing system in PT GMP indicates that the value of the total waiting time, total time in the system, the total idle time, (), (L), (Lq), (W), (Wq), and the probability the server idle (Po) on the simulation results better than the actual condition. It shows that the queuing system on dismantling the postal transport cane to PT GMP still can be optimized so that the lower the potential decrease in the yield of sugarcane 5% -25%
