dc.description.abstractThe objectives of this study were to analyze the effect of nutritional education to nutritional knowledge and consumption behavior in elementary school students. This study used experimental study. Examples in this study were 128 children from four elementary schools. Processing and analyzing data used Microsoft Excell 2010 and the Scientical Program for Social Science (SPSS) version 16.0 for windows. Paired T-test results showed were not significant difference between energy intake before and after intervention (p=0.228; p>0.05). Similarly, for protein (p=0.720; p>0.05), calcium (p=0.080; p>0.05), iron (p=0.080; p>0.05), vitamin A (p=0.424; p>0.05), vitamin B (p=0.342; p>0.05), and vitamin C (p=0.248; p>0.05) showed no significant difference. Nutrients significantly different after the intervention is phosphor (p=0.039; p<0.05). There is an increase in consumption after the intervention, but the nutritional education cannot change the behavioural yet.en
