dc.description.abstractThe objective of this study is to analyze the association between energy and protein sufficiency level in elderly in Bandung City. The study used secondary data. The total number of sample in this study were 334 elderly in Bandung City. The average consumption of energy and protein of elderly was 1090 kcal and 35.8 g. The average sufficiency levels of energy and protein was 51.9% and 68.9% respectively. As many as 42.5% elderly had overweight nutritional status. The Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was no significant correlation (p>0.05) between energy and protein sufficiency level with health status. In addition, there was negative correlation between energy sufficiency level with nutritional status and positif correlation between protein sufficiency level with nutritional status.en
