Exercise habit is useful for health of the present and future, namely to maintain ideal body weight, to increase bone mineral density and to improve cardiorespiratory endurance. The objective of this study was analyze the relationship between energy-protein intake and exercise habit to muscle mass and cardiorespiratory endurance. The study design was cross sectional. Nutritional status subjects was normal in average. Intakes of energy, protein, fat, carbohydrate, and mineral subject in UKM group was higher than intakes in non-UKM group. Exercise habit in UKM group was more frequent than that in non-UKM group. Cardiorespiratory endurance in UKM group better than non-UKM group. There was a significant relationship between intake of energy (p=0.003, r=0.415) and protein (p=0.009, r=0.365) with cardiorespiratory endurance. Similiarly, there was a significant relationship between exercise frequency (p=0.004 r=0.395) and exercise duration (p=0.010, r=0.361) with cardiorespiratory enduranceen
