Compliance generally refers to the organization adherence to the laws, rules, regulation, standards, and codes of conduct that govern its behavior. An effective compliance program is needed by organizations to ensure that its employees and product and system meet all current legal and regulatory requirements, particularly that of relevant to food. PT Nestlé is committed to comply with the applicable laws that are relevant to its bussiness activities. An effective compliance management needs to have a systematic compliance system. The aims of this study was to develop a tracking tool (an automatic checklist) to support the existing company label artwork development process. The study was carried out in three steps. It started with collecting data and update the database with the regulations recently released by Ministry of Health and BPOM. Second step was to learn the company compliance system. The last step was to develop a simple automatic checklist to support further the existing label development system. It is suggested that the developed tracking tool can be applied by PT. Nestlé Indonesia. This simple tracking tool was only covering the three requirements as stipulated in the labeling regulation, but has not yet covering the entire requirements of the labeling regulation
