dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to analyze nutritional status determinant of children under five years old in densely populated riverbank area. A cross sectional study of 64 subjects was conducted. Data was collected by questionnaire through interview and was analyzed by descriptive and inference. The result showed there was significant correlation between house characteristics and health parenting with nutritional status, but there were no significant correlation between parents’ education, length of family, outcome, nutritional knowledge of mothers, eat parenting, morbidity score and dietary allowance of energy-protein with nutritional status. Result of multiple linear regression analysis showed that there was real positive effect between characteristics of house and health parenting to nutritional status (p<0.1) and there was no effect between parents education, length of family, outcome, nutritional knowledge of mothers, eat parenting, energy and protein dietary allowance to nutritional status (p>0.1).en
