dc.description.abstractStunting it’s a nutrition problem in Indonesia, prevalence of stunting in Indonesia is 35.6%. The impact of chronic under nutrition in children can decreased brain development that can result in low intelligence, learning ability in children. The purpose of this study was to identify feeding practices, food consumption and psychosocial stimulation and it’s relation to child development in stunting and normal under five children. Design used in this study was a crosssectional study. Subjects in this study were 92 children under the age of 36-60 months in the village Cibatok Dua. The result showed, there was significant differences in food consumption and language development between stunting and normal under five children (p<0.05). Correlation test result is significant positive relation between food consumption and nutritional status (HAZ), nutritional status (HAZ) and cognitive development, and nutritional status (HAZ) and language development (p<0.05).en
