      Abstract
      Pro AB chicken restaurant in Jambi is the kind of franchise fast food restaurat. This franchise is a practical solution for entrepreneurs who want to go into the restaurant business but have no experience in this business area. This study is needed to assess the feasibility of the business. Feasibility study includes both quantitative and qualitative analysis of different aspect of business. Market, marketing, technical, human resources, and management aspect are analyzed qualitatively. On the other hand, quantitative analysis is performed to asses financial aspect of the business. The quantitative finansial analysis shows that NPV=Rp. 163,225,496, IRR=27%, Net B/C=1.39 and payback period is 3 year 7 month. All the feasibilty indicator indicates that Pro AB Chicken restaurant is feasible.
