The high open unemployment rate has generated dissatisfaction with employment conditions in Indonesia, prompting young people to consider working abroad as an alternative career path. Social media has become a space for discussing such opportunities. This study aims to map the trends and patterns of information dissemination regarding working abroad on the social media platform X using Social Network Analysis (SNA), sentiment analysis, and stance analysis. The results show that the account @aniesbaswedan is the most influential actor based on degree centrality and betweenness centrality, while @wannafigh recorded the highest closeness centrality value. Sentiment analysis reveals a predominantly negative tendency (48%), with the term "policy" as the dominant theme, whereas stance analysis shows a predominantly supportive tendency (65%), centered on the term "career". The mapping of antecedent, decision, and outcome (ADO) factors reveals the linkages between employment issues and environmental support, career decisions, and outcome expectations that shape young people's inclination to work abroad. Therefore, the choice to work abroad should be supported through safe labor migration governance beginning at the planning stage, involving collaboration among stakeholders Academic, Business, Government, Community, and Media (ABGCM).
