Amid intensifying competition in the cosmetics market, Pinkflash faced a regulatory crisis after BPOM revoked its distribution permit in 2024 & 2025, triggering the massive spread of information across digital platforms. This condition shaped electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), shifts in brand trust, and consumer perceived risk, which were assumed to influence repurchase of Pinkflash cosmetic products. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 210 respondents selected using purposive sampling and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that e-WOM and brand trust partially have a significant influence on repurchase, while perceived risk has no significant influence. Simultaneously, e-WOM, brand trust, and perceived risk significantly influence repurchase and explain 66% of its variation. These findings indicate that after the product safety crisis, consumers' repurchase decisions are more influenced by brand trust and information obtained through digital media than by perceived risk.
