College students are a group vulnerable to nutritional problems. At the same time, the massive flow of nutritional information requires adequate nutritional literacy to adopt healthy eating behaviors. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between sources of nutritional information, nutritional literacy, and eating behaviors among 94 students at PKU IPB University using a cross-sectional design. Data were collected via a questionnaire and analyzed using Spearman’s correlation test, the Mann-Whitney U test, and the Kruskal-Wallis test. The results showed that sources of nutrition information based on media and actors (within the past month) were associated with the interactive domain of nutrition literacy (p < 0.05). The interactive domain (p < 0.05) and total nutrition literacy (p < 0.05) were associated with healthy eating behaviors. There were significant differences in healthy eating behaviors among nutritional status groups (p < 0.05). It was concluded that access to nutritional information sources is associated with interactive nutrition literacy, and that interactive nutrition literacy is associated with healthy eating behaviors.
