dc.description.abstractPT Philips Industries Batam menghadapi ketidaksesuaian volume produksi dan permintaan pasar akibat kendala internal serta volatilitas eksternal, yang diperparah oleh keterbatasan sistem dalam melacak riwayat hutang produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kebutuhan sistem pemantauan perencanaan pasokan pintar guna meningkatkan efisiensi manajemen rantai pasok global. Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process diterapkan untuk menentukan prioritas fitur visualisasi data berdasarkan penilaian terstruktur dari para pakar. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa dimensi efektivitas fungsi dan kemampuan pengoperasian sistem menempati prioritas tertinggi bagi pengguna, dengan visibilitas data sebagai penentu paling fundamental, serta pembuatan sistem baru sebagai alternatif solusi terbaik. Sebagai implikasi, penelitian ini merekomendasikan perancangan sistem pemantauan baru dengan hak otorisasi penuh bagi perencana pasokan lokal di Batam untuk mengeliminasi fragmentasi data dan mengubah pola pengambilan keputusan operasional menjadi lebih proaktif berbasis data.
dc.description.abstractPT Philips Industries Batam faces a mismatch between production volume and market demand due to internal operational constraints and external volatility, aggravated by the existing system's inability to track historical production backlogs. This study aims to analyze the requirements of an intelligent supply planning monitoring system to improve operational efficiency in global supply chain management. The Analytical Hierarchy Process method is applied to determine the priority order of data visualization features based on expert evaluations. The results reveal that functional effectiveness and system operability hold the highest priority for users, with data visibility acting as the most fundamental determinant and developing a new monitoring system emerging as the best alternative solution. Consequently, this study recommends designing a new monitoring system with full authorization rights for local supply planners in Batam to eliminate data fragmentation and shift operational decision-making toward a proactive, data- driven approach.
