      Abstract
      MUHAMMAD THORIQ GHUFRON. Analisis Kinerja Rantai Pasok Menggunakan SCOR Model dan AHP pada Biotek Group. Dibimbing oleh ASADUDDIN ABDULLAH. Biotek Group menghadapi kendala operasional berupa keterlambatan pengiriman antarpulau dan tingginya angka kekosongan stok (stockout). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi proses, mengukur kinerja rantai pasok, dan merumuskan strategi perbaikan menggunakan model Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) yang diintegrasikan dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan kinerja agregat rantai pasok berada pada kategori baik dengan skor 76,38. Namun, kinerja atribut agility masih tergolong kurang (skor 41,67) akibat tingginya stockout rate. Berdasarkan pembobotan AHP, prioritas utama perbaikan difokuskan pada evaluasi mitra ekspedisi luar pulau dan standardisasi pelacakan pengiriman dengan bobot 0,4122. Implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini menuntut perusahaan untuk menetapkan standar minimum layanan logistik pihak ketiga dan mengadopsi metode peramalan kuantitatif yang terintegrasi secara lintas fungsi.

Biotek Group faces operational constraints involving inter-island delivery delays and high stockout rates. This study aims to identify supply chain processes, measure performance, and formulate improvement strategies using the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model integrated with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The evaluation indicates that the overall supply chain performance is in the good category with a score of 76.38. However, the agility attribute remains marginal (score 41.67) due to the high stockout rate. Based on AHP weighting, improvement priorities must focus on evaluating inter-island logistics partners and standardizing delivery tracking with a weight of 0.4122. Managerial implications require the company to establish minimum service standards for third-party logistics and adopt cross-functional integrated quantitative forecasting methods.
