      Abstract
Pengetahuan mengenai Back of Pack Labelling (BoPL) kategori kurang (63,1%), kemampuan membaca BoPL baik (95,2%), dan pengetahuan mengenai Front of Pack Nutrition Labelling (FoPNL) kategori sedang (48,8%).

Instant noodles are a convenient food commonly consumed by college students, but their high sodium content makes it important to pay attention to the nutrition facts label. This study aims to analyze the relationship between exposure to nutritional information and the habit of reading nutrition facts label and purchasing decisions regarding instant noodles among students in the PPKU program at IPB University. The study used a cross-sectional design with 85 subjects selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews. Most subjects were 18 years old (58.3%), female (72.6%), and had a low food allowance (32.1%). The majority were exposed to nutrition information more than 3 times (65.4%), primarily from TikTok (52.4%) and Instagram (29.8%). Knowledge of Back-of-Pack Labeling (BoPL) was low (63.1%), the ability to read BoPL was good (95.2%), and knowledge of Front-of-Pack Nutrition Labeling (FoPNL) was moderate (48.8%). A total of 70.2% of the subjects frequently consumed instant noodles, with an average sodium intake per serving of 1120.70 mg. Subject characteristics (age, gender, and allowance) were not associated with the habit of reading ING labels (p > 0.05). Instant noodle purchasing behavior was significantly associated with age (p < 0.05), but was not significantly associated with gender or allowance (p > 0.05). Exposure to nutritional information was not significantly associated with the behavior of reading ING labels (p > 0.05), whereas the behavior of reading nutrition facts label was significantly associated with purchasing decisions regarding instant noodles (p < 0.05).
