| dc.description.abstract | The Indonesian beauty industry is growing rapidly and has shifted into a modern lifestyle. The number of business players in this sector has surged from 726 to 1,500 by 2025, leading to highly aggressive expansion competition among beauty retailers. This study analyze the effect of sensory marketing on consumers' repurchase intention at Sociolla, with consumer satisfaction as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative approach with SEM-PLS on 160 respondents. The results indicate that sensory marketing has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Consumer satisfaction is proven to have a significant effect on repurchase intention, while sensory marketing does not have a significant direct effect on repurchase intention. Consumer satisfaction significantly mediates the effect of sensory marketing on Sociolla consumers' repurchase intention. These findings indicate that sensory marketing cannot directly drive consumers to repurchase; instead, it must generate consumer satisfaction first. The implication is that Sociolla’s management should not only focus on store aesthetics but must also ensure that tester products are always cleanly available and maintain complete product stock so that consumers feel satisfied and willing to return. | |
