dc.description.abstractPerempuan wirausaha di Indonesia menghadapi peran ganda usaha dan keluarga yang memengaruhi kesejahteraan subjektif. Penelitian ini menaganalisis pengaruh modal sosial, work-family enrichment (WFE), dan tekanan finansial terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif perempuan wirausaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif pada 162 perempuan wirausaha di Indonesia yang minimal 1 tahun telah menjalankan usaha dan sudah menikah yang dipilih melalui voluntary sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei daring. Uji SEM mengonfirmasi bahwa modal sosial secara langsung berpengaruh positif terhadap WFE dan kesejahteraan subjektif, tetapi berpengaruh negatif terhadap tekanan finansial. Modal sosial juga secara tidak langsung memengaruhi kesejahteraan subjektif melalui mediator WFE dan tekanan finansial. WFE berpengaruh positif terhadap kesejateraan subjektif, sedangkan tekanan finansial berpengaruh negatif. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa modal sosial berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan subjektif perempuan wirausaha melalui peningkatan WFE dan penurunan tekanan finansial.
dc.description.abstractWomen entrepreneurs in Indonesia face dual roles in business and family that may affect their subjective well-being (SWB). This study examined the influence of social capital, work-family enrichment (WFE), and financial distress on the SWB of women entrepreneurs. This study employed a quantitative approach with involving 162 married women entrepreneurs in Indonesia who had operated their businesses for at least one year, selected through voluntary sampling. Data were collected via online surveys. SEM test confirmed that social capital had a direct positive effect on WFE and subjective well-being, while exerting a direct negative effect on financial distress. Social capital also indirectly influenced subjective well-being through the mediating roles of WFE and financial distress. Furthermore, WFE had a positive effect on subjective well-being, whereas financial distress had a negative effect. These findings showing that social capital contributes to enhancing the subjective well-being of women entrepreneurs by fostering work–family enrichment and reducing financial distress.
