This study employed a quantitative approach with involving 162 married women entrepreneurs in Indonesia who had operated their businesses for at least one year, selected through voluntary sampling. Data were collected via online surveys. SEM test confirmed that social capital had a direct positive effect on WFE and subjective well-being, while exerting a direct negative effect on financial distress. Social capital also indirectly influenced subjective well-being through the mediating roles of WFE and financial distress. Furthermore, WFE had a positive effect on subjective well-being, whereas financial distress had a negative effect.
