Hubungan antara Pengetahuan dan Praktik Gizi pada Siswa, Ibu, dan Guru Jurusan Perhotelan SMK Negeri 3 Bogor
Abstract
Orang tua dan guru berperan dalam pembentukan pengetahuan dan praktik
gizi remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan dan
praktik gizi pada siswa, ibu siswa, dan guru menggunakan desain cross-sectional
pada 156 pasang ibu-siswa serta 17 guru Jurusan Perhotelan SMKN 3 Bogor.
Pengetahuan gizi baik dimiliki oleh 18,6% siswa; 30,1% ibu; dan 52,9% guru,
sedangkan praktik gizi baik dimiliki oleh 25% siswa; 51,3% ibu; dan 23,5% guru.
Sebanyak 57,1% guru memiliki peran yang baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
adanya hubungan positif antara pengetahuan gizi ibu dan guru dengan pengetahuan
gizi siswa, serta antara praktik gizi ibu dan peran guru dengan praktik gizi siswa
(p<0,05). Selain itu, terdapat hubungan positif antara pengetahuan dan praktik gizi
pada siswa dan ibu (p<0,05). Namun, tidak ditemukan hubungan antara praktik gizi
guru dengan praktik gizi siswa maupun antara pengetahuan dan praktik gizi pada
guru (p>0,05). Parents and teachers play a role in shaping adolescents’ nutritional knowledge
and practices. This study aims to analyze the relationship between nutritional
knowledge and practices among students, their mothers, and teachers using a cross
sectional design involving 156 mother-student pairs and 17 teachers from the
Hospitality Department at SMKN 3 Bogor. Good nutrition knowledge was found
among 18.6% of students; 30.1% of mothers; and 52.9% of teachers. Good nutrition
practices was found among 25% of students; 51.3% of mothers; and 23.5% of
teachers. A total of 57.1% of teachers played a positive role. The results of the study
indicate a positive relationship between mothers’ and teachers’ nutritional
knowledge with students’ nutritional knowledge, as well as between mothers’
nutritional practices and teachers’ roles with students’ nutritional practices (p<0.05).
Additionally, there is a positive relationship between nutrition knowledge and
practices among students and mothers (p<0.05). However, no relationship was
found between teachers’ nutrition practices and students’ nutrition practices, nor
between teachers’ nutrition knowledge and practices (p>0.05).
