dc.description.abstractPengetahuan dan praktik gizi siswa dapat dipengaruhi oleh ibu dan guru di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan dan praktik gizi pada ibu siswa, guru, dan siswa di SMK Negeri 3 Bogor Jurusan Kuliner. Desain penelitian adalah cross sectional study dengan subjek 224 ibu siswa, 33 guru, dan 224 siswa dengan subjek siswa dipilih secara stratified propotional random sampling. Selain itu, guru dan ibu dipilih secara total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan pengisian kuesioner melalui google form dan menggunakan kertas untuk ibu siswa. Sebagian besar ibu siswa memiliki pengetahuan gizi cukup (59,4%) dan praktik gizi cukup (50,4%). Sebagian besar guru memiliki pengetahuan gizi baik (51,5%) dan praktik gizi cukup (69,7%). Sebagian besar siswa memiliki pengetahuan gizi cukup (68,3%) dan praktik gizi cukup (62,9%). Peran guru dinilai kurang oleh sebagian besar siswa (61,2%). Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara pengetahuan dengan praktik gizi ibu siswa (p=0,007) dan siswa (p=0,014), namun tidak pada guru (p=0,948). Pengetahuan gizi ibu siswa (p=0,024) dan guru (p=0,004) berhubungan signifikan dengan pengetahuan gizi siswa. Praktik gizi ibu siswa berhubungan signifikan dengan praktik gizi siswa (p=0,017). Peran guru tidak berhubungan signifikan dengan pengetahuan gizi siswa (p=0,072) dan praktik gizi siswa (p=0,343).
dc.description.abstractStudents' nutrition knowledge and practices can be influenced by mothers and teachers at school. This study aimed to analyze the relationship of nutrition knowledge and practices among mothers, teachers, and students at SMK Negeri 3 Bogor Culinary Department. The study used a cross-sectional design with 224 mothers, 33 teachers, and 224 students as subjects, where students were selected using stratified propotional random sampling. Additionally, teachers and mothers were selected using total sampling. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires administered via google forms for students and teachers, and paperbased forms for mothers. The majority of mothers had sufficient nutrition knowledge (59.4%) and sufficient nutrition practices (50.4%). Most teachers had good nutrition knowledge (51.5%) and sufficient nutrition practices (69.7%). Most students had sufficient nutrition knowledge (68.3%) and sufficient nutrition practices (62.9%). The majority of students rated the teachers' role as poor (61.2%). There was a significant relationship between nutrition knowledge and practices among mothers (p=0.007) and students (p=0.014), but not among teachers (p=0.948). Mothers' (p=0.024) and teachers' (p=0.004) nutrition knowledge were significantly associated with students' nutrition knowledge. Mothers' nutrition practices were significantly associated with students' nutrition practices (p=0.017). Teachers' role showed no significant relationship with students' nutrition knowledge (p=0.072) or nutrition practices (p=0.343).
