      Abstract
      Penerapan CPPOB harus diterapkan oleh produsen AMDK untuk menjamin mutu dan keamanan produk. Evaluasi penerapan CPPOB pada produsen AMDK dilakukan menggunakan form checklist BPOM tahun 2022. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi penerapan CPPOB pada produsen AMDK di Indonesia tahun 2022 – 2024 menggunakan grafik persentase, mengidentifikasi jenis ketidaksesuaian yang ditemukan serta ranking risiko berdasarkan skala usaha, mengidentifikasi faktor - faktor yang memengaruhi kepatuhan produsen AMDK, serta merekomendasikan saran bagi BPOM maupun produsen AMDK. Penelitian dimulai dengan pengumpulan data sekunder, pengolahan dan pengklasifikasian data, analisis data, serta rekomendasi perbaikan. Hasil pengawasan CPPOB pada produsen AMDK yang memenuhi ketentuan (MK) mengalami kenaikan setiap tahunnya, tahun 2022 sebesar 59% (358 sarana), 2023 sebesar 64% (455 sarana), dan 2024 sebesar 65% (486 sarana). Ketidaksesuaian yang berisiko tinggi terhadap keamanan pangan sehingga menjadi prioritas perbaikan meliputi aspek lingkungan sarana produksi, konstruksi dan layout bangunan, pengendalian proses dan pencegahan kontaminasi silang, laboratorium pengujian internal, serta fasilitas karyawan dan kebersihan personel. Dengan demikian, penerapan CPPOB perlu ditingkatkan melalui penguatan komitmen manajemen, pengembangan kompetensi sumber daya manusia, perbaikan sistem dokumentasi, serta penerapan budaya keamanan pangan.
       
      The implementation of GMP must be implemented by BDW producers to ensure product quality and safety. Evaluation of GMP implementation in BDW producers is carried out using the BPOM checklist form in 2022. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of GMP on BDW producers in Indonesia in 2022 – 2024 using percentage graph, identify the types of non-conformities found and risk rankings based on business scale, identify factors that affect the compliance of BDW producers, and recommend suggestions for BPOM and BDW producers. The research begins with secondary data collection, data processing and classification, data analysis, and recommendations for improvement. The results of CPPOB supervision of AMDK producers that compliance (C) have increased every year, in 2022 by 59% (358 facilities), 2023 by 64% (455 facilities), and 2024 by 65% (486 facilities). Non-conformities that pose a high risk to food safety and therefore become a priority for improvement include environmental aspects of production facilities, building construction and layout, process control and prevention of cross contamination, internal testing laboratories, and employee facilities and personnel hygiene. Therefore, the implementation of GMP needs to be improved through strengthening management commitment, developing human resource competencies, improving documentation systems, and implementing a food safety culture.
