      Hubungan Tingkat Stres, Kualitas Tidur, Status Gizi, dan Konsumsi Minuman Berkafein dengan Kejadian Dismenore Primer pada Remaja Putri

      Abstract
      Dismenore merupakan kram menstruasi yang menyakitkan yang berasal dari rahim dan dianggap sebagai salah satu kelainan ginekologi paling umum terjadi pada wanita usia subur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan tingkat stres, kualitas tidur, status gizi, dan konsumsi minuman berkafein dengan kejadian dismenore primer pada siswi di MAN Insan Cendekia Serpong. Desain penelitian menggunakan cross sectional study yang dilaksanakan pada April 2025 dengan responden berjumlah 51 orang yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian subjek (52,9%) mengalami menarche pada usia 12-14 tahun dengan lama menstruasi 4-8 hari (66,7%) dan siklus menstruasi yang normal selama 21-35 hari (66,7%). Analisis menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat stres, kualitas tidur, status gizi, dan konsumsi minuman berkafein dengan dismenore primer (p>0,05).
       
      Dysmenorrhea is painful menstrual cramps originating from the uterus and is considered one of the most common gynecological disorders in women of childbearing age. This study aims to analyze the relationship between stress levels, sleep quality, nutritional status, and caffeinated beverage consumption with the incidence of primary dysmenorrhea in female students at MAN Insan Cendekia Serpong. The study design used a cross-sectional study conducted in April 2025 with 51 respondents selected by purposive sampling. The results of the study showed that some subjects (52.9%) experienced menarche at the age of 12-14 years with a menstrual period of 4-8 days (66.7%) and a normal menstrual cycle of 21-35 days (66.7%). The analysis showed that there was no significant relationship between stress levels, sleep quality, nutritional status, and caffeinated beverage consumption with primary dysmenorrhea (p>0.05).
