| dc.description.abstract | Peningkatan produktivitas ternak ruminansia memerlukan dukungan ketersediaan pakan yang efisien, salah satunya melalui pemanfaatan pakan fermentasi. PT Prima Agrostis Nusantara (PT PAN), hasil hilirisasi riset IPB University, berperan dalam pengembangan pakan fermentasi berbasis indigofera dan sorgum untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas peternakan ruminansia. Namun, dalam operasionalnya PT PAN menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti kualitas produk akhir yang belum konsisten, kuantitas produksi yang belum optimal, dan jumlah penjualan yang tidak mengimbangi jumlah produksi sehingga terjadi penumpukan produk yang berpotensi menyebabkan kerugian. Diketahui bahwa PT PAN belum menerapkan sistem manajemen risiko operasional yang terstandarisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi proses bisnis dan proses manajemen risiko operasional pada PT PAN serta menyusun strategi mitigasi dan penanganan yang sesuai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan manajemen risiko berbasis ISO 31000:2018. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dan penyebaran kuesioner, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi literatur. Tahapan penelitian meliputi penentuan responden menggunakan Matriks RACI, penilaian risiko yang terdiri dari identifikasi, analisis (melalui penilaian risiko Model Godfrey dan pemetaan risiko BSN), evaluasi (mengacu pada BSN), dan perlakuan risiko (berdasarkan Susilo dan Kaho). Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi proses bisnis PT PAN secara garis besar terdapat dua tahapan, yaitu produksi serta pemasaran dan penjualan. Proses manajemen risiko mengidentifikasi 27 risiko operasional, yang terdiri atas satu risiko sangat tinggi, delapan risiko tinggi, delapan risiko sedang, dan sepuluh risiko rendah. Perlakuan risiko difokuskan pada kategori sangat tinggi, tinggi, dan sedang sebagai prioritas utama dalam strategi mitigasi dan penanganan risiko pada operasional bisnis PT PAN. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Improving the productivity of ruminant livestock requires efficient feed availability, one of which can be achieved through the utilization of fermented feed. PT Prima Agrostis Nusantara (PT PAN), a downstream commercialization of research from IPB University, plays a role in developing fermented feed based on Indigofera and sorghum to enhance efficiency and productivity in ruminant livestock farming. However, in its operations, PT PAN faces several challenges, including inconsistent final product quality, suboptimal production volumes, and sales that do not keep pace with production levels. These conditions result in product accumulation that may potentially cause financial losses. It is also known that PT PAN has not yet implemented a standardized operational risk management system.This study aims to identify the business processes and operational risk management processes at PT PAN and to formulate appropriate risk mitigation and risk treatment strategies. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method using an operational risk management approach based on ISO 31000:2018. Primary data were obtained through in-depth interviews and questionnaire distribution, while secondary data were collected through a literature review. The research stages include respondent determination using the RACI Matrix, risk assessment consisting of risk identification, risk analysis using the Godfrey risk assessment model and BSN risk mapping, risk evaluation referring to BSN, and risk treatment based on Susilo and Kaho. The results indicate that PT PAN’s business processes broadly consist of two main stages, namely production and marketing and sales. The operational risk management process identified 27 operational risks, consisting of one very high risk, eight high risks, eight medium risks, and ten low risks. Risk treatment is focused on very high, high, and medium risk categories as the main priorities in the risk mitigation and handling strategies for PT PAN’s business operations. | |
