      Pengaruh Gaya Hidup Sehat, Persepsi Kualitas, dan Pengetahuan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Makanan Fungsional

      Abstract
      Tingginya angka penyakit tidak menular di Indonesia menjadi tantangan dalam upaya peningkatan kesehatan masyarakat. Makanan fungsional hadir sebagai salah satu solusi alternatif, namun dalam pengembangannya memerlukan pemahaman terhadap perilaku konsumen guna mendorong keputusan pembelian secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik konsumen, menguji pengaruh gaya hidup sehat, persepsi kualitas produk, dan pengetahuan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian makanan fungsional serta memberikan rekomendasi strategi pemasaran. Metode analisis yang digunakan meliputi analisis deskriptif dan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden adalah perempuan berusia 17–25 tahun, dengan pengeluaran bulanan untuk makanan fungsional kurang dari Rp100.000. Variabel gaya hidup sehat, persepsi kualitas produk, dan pengetahuan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, strategi yang direkomendasikan meliputi penonjolan klaim fungsional produk, pemberian harga promo, perluasan distribusi produk, serta edukasi melalui konten digital.
       
      The high prevalence of non-communicable diseases in Indonesia poses a challenge to improving public health. Functional food offers a potential solution, yet its development requires understanding consumer behavior to drive purchase decisions. This study analyzes consumer characteristics, examines the effects of healthy lifestyle, product quality perception, and consumer knowledge on functional food purchase decisions and provide marketing strategy recommendations. The analytical methods used include descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS. Results show that most respondents are females aged 17–25, spending less than IDR 100,000 per month on functional food. All three variables significantly and positively influence purchase decisions. Recommended strategies include highlighting functional claims, offering promotional prices, expanding distribution, and educating consumers through digital content.
