The company faces challenges in implementing sustainability training evenly and effectively. One of the initiatives implemented is Learning Knowledge Management (LKM) as part of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) to support the implementation of Green Training (GT). This study aims to formulate LKM strategies that can enhance the effectiveness of the Knowledge Management (KM) process and strengthen sustainability training. The research was conducted at PT PGN in the LKM Division. A quantitative approach was used, employing the AHP and Delphi methods to analyze expert perceptions and determine strategic priorities. The results indicate that knowledge distribution is the main factor. The key actor is the LKM Division, while the priority objective is equal access to training. The main recommended strategy is the development of a digital repository and a monitoring-evaluation system. LKM strategies play an important role in supporting and optimizing the KM process while strengthening GT.
