      Pengaruh Financial Literacy, Financial Self-Efficacy, dan Financial Anxiety terhadap Perilaku Menyiapkan Dana Darurat pada Generasi Milenial di Jabodetabek

      Abstract
      Ketidakpastian ekonomi akibat pandemi COVID-19 dan risiko tak terduga lainnya menekankan pentingnya dana darurat dalam perencanaan keuangan pribadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh financial literacy, financial self-efficacy, dan financial anxiety terhadap perilaku menyiapkan dana darurat pada generasi milenial di Jabodetabek. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan April hingga Mei 2025. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan analisis SEM-PLS. Penelitian ini melibatkan 210 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat financial literacy sangat tinggi, financial self-efficacy tinggi, financial anxiety sangat rendah, dan kepemilikan dana darurat tinggi. Financial literacy dan financial self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku menyiapkan dana darurat, sedangkan financial anxiety berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya peran pemerintah, lembaga keuangan, dan perusahaan dalam menyediakan edukasi keuangan terstruktur, termasuk pemahaman standar dana darurat dan integrasi perencanaan keuangan dalam program kesejahteraan karyawan.
       
      Economic uncertainty resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic and other unforeseen risks underscores the importance of emergency funds in personal financial planning. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, financial self-efficacy, and financial anxiety on emergency fund preparation behavior among millennials in the Jabodetabek area. Data collection was conducted from April to May 2025.A quantitative method was employed, using a descriptive approach and analysis through SEM-PLS. A total of 210 respondents participated in the research. The results show that financial literacy is very high, financial self- efficacy is high, financial anxiety is very low, and emergency fund ownership is high. Financial literacy and financial self-efficacy have a positive and significant influence on emergency fund preparation behavior, while financial anxiety has a positive but not significant effect. This study highlights the importance of structured financial education provided by the government, financial institutions, and companies, including understanding emergency fund standards and integrating financial planning into employee welfare programs.
