      Analisis Kepuasan Pelanggan terhadap Kualitas Layanan Serenity Space

      Abstract
      Serenity Space adalah bisnis creative workshop yang muncul sebagai responss terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi kreatif di Indonesia. Sebagai bisnis baru, Serenity Space menghadapi tantangan seperti fluktuasi peserta dan keluhan layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan karakteristik pelanggan, mengukur tingkat kepuasan, mengidentifikasi prioritas perbaikan, serta merumuskan strategi perbaikan layanan. Penelitian dilakukan pada Februari – April 2025 di Kota Bogor dengan 182 responsden dari total 264 peserta menggunakan teknik voluntary responsse sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pelanggan Serenity Space adalah perempuan (92,31%) berusia 18–21 tahun (86,81%), berdomisili di Kota Bogor (96,70%), dan berstatus sebagai pelajar atau mahasiswa (96,70%). Sebagian besar memiliki pendapatan bulanan di bawah Rp500.000,00 (81,32%) serta baru mengikuti satu kali sesi workshop, namun seluruh responsden (100%) menyatakan minat untuk kembali berpartisipasi. Tingkat kepuasan pelanggan berdasarkan perhitungan CSI mencapai 79,96% (Puas). Analisis IPA menunjukkan terdapat empat atribut layanan sebagai prioritas perbaikan, yaitu responssivitas fasilitator, kecepatan akses informasi, kejelasan penyampaian materi dan ketepatan jadwal. Rekomendasi perbaikan layanan meliputi komunikasi dua arah, optimalisasi media digital, pelatihan fasilitator, dan sistem pengingat otomatis.
       
      Serenity Space is a creative workshop business that emerged in responsse to the growing creative economy in Indonesia. As a new venture, it faces challenges such as fluctuating participant numbers and service related complaints. This study aimed to identify customer characteristics, measure satisfaction levels, determine service improvement priorities, and propose enhancement strategies. Conducted in Bogor City from February to April 2025, the study involved 182 responsdents out of 264 participants, selected through voluntary responsse sampling. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Findings reveals that most customers are women (92.31%), aged 18–21 (86.81%), students (96.70%), and earn under Rp500,000.00 monthly (81.32%). Although 95.05% had only attended one session, all expressed interest in returning. The CSI score was 79.96% (Satisfied), with four key areas identified for improvement: facilitator responssiveness, information access, material clarity, and schedule punctuality. Recommended improvements include two way communication, digital media optimization, facilitator training, and automated reminders.
