      Abstract
      Perubahan demografi tenaga kerja membawa dampak signifikan pada minat kerja perusahaan, termasuk minat kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat kerja Generasi Z di Lokasoka, dengan fokus pada variabel penerapan teknologi, pengalaman kandidat, employer branding, budaya perusahaan, dan potensi penambahan skill. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode SEM-PLS, yang melibatkan responden dari Generasi Z yang ada di Lokasoka dan yang sedang mencari pekerjaan di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel penerapan teknologi, employer branding, dan budaya perusahaan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap minat kerja, dengan penerapan teknologi sebagai faktor paling dominan dan indikator tertinggi berupa teknologi memberi kemudahan akses komunikasi antar individu. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan optimalisasi penerapan teknologi, meningkatkan employer branding, dan menciptakan budaya perusahaan yang relevan.
       
      Changes in workforce demographics have a significant impact on company job interests, including employee job interests. This study analyzes the factors that influence Generation Z's job interests in Lokasoka, focusing on the variables of technology application, candidate experience, employer branding, company culture, and potential for skill addition. The method used is the SEM-PLS method, which involves respondents from Generation Z who are in Lokasoka and who are looking for work in Indonesia. The results of the study indicate that the variables of technology application, employer branding, and company culture have a significant effect on job interests, with technology application as the most dominant factor and the highest indicator being technology providing easy access to communication between individuals. This study recommends optimizing technology application, improving employer branding, and creating a relevant company culture.
