Breast cancer is a non-communicable disease with an increasing incidence rate in Indonesia. The aim of this study was to analyze the differences in fatty liver status based on the differences in nutritional status, fatty foods and dairy products consumption habits among breast cancer patients at the RSUD Kota Bogor. This cross-sectional study was conducted in 2022 among 34 breast cancer outpatients aged 33-71 years old. Data collected included subject characteristics, weight, height, waist circumference, 2x24 hours food recall, 1-month SQ-FFQ, and fatty liver. The chi-square tests, mann whitney tests, and independent t-tests were used to analyze differences in fatty liver status based on various characteristics, health history, nutritional status, and habits of consuming fatty foods and dairy products. The results indicated no significant difference in fatty liver status based on energy and macronutrients adequacy levels, frequency and total amount of dairy products consumption. However, significant differences were observed in waist circumference, BMI, frequency and total amount of fatty foods consumption, the amount of fried chicken, and cow’s milk consumption (p<0.05).
