      Konsumsi Sayur dan Buah serta Hubungan Konsumsi Sayur dan Buah serta Asupan Serat dengan Gejala Konstipasi dan Status Gizi pada Siswa SMP di Kota Bekasi

      Abstract
      Konsumsi sayur dan buah yang kurang masih menjadi masalah kesehatan pada remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsumsi sayur dan buah serta kontribusinya dalam mencapai kecukupan serat pangan, status gizi, dan gejala konstipasi pada remaja di Kota Bekasi. Penelitian menggunakan cross-sectional studies dan data primer hasil wawancara menggunakan kuesioner recall 24-H, SQ FFQ, dan ROME IV konstipasi di tiga SMP di Kota Bekasi pada bulan Juni hingga Juli 2024. Mayoritas subjek berusia 13 tahun dengan status gizi normal dan mengalami konstipasi. Terdapat hubungan anatara konsumsi buah dan pendidikan ibu dengan status gizi (p<0,005). Akan tetapi, tidak terdapat hubungan antara konsumsi sayur, minuman probiotik, serta uang jajan, pendidikan dan pekerjaan orangtua dengan konstipasi (p>0,005). Selain itu, tidak terdapat hubungan anatara konsumsi sayur, minuman probiotik, serta uang jajan, pekerjaan ibu, pendidikan dan pekerjaan ayah dengan status gizi (p>0,005).
       
      Insufficient consumption of vegetables and fruits is still a health problem in adolescents. This study aims to analyze vegetable and fruit consumption and its contribution in achieving dietary fiber adequacy, nutritional status, and constipation symptoms in adolescents in Bekasi City. The study used cross-sectional studies and primary data from interviews using the 24-H recall questionnaire, SQ-FFQ, and ROME IV constipation in three junior high schools in Bekasi City from June to July 2024. The majority of subjects were 13 years old with normal nutritional status and constipation. There was an association between fruit consumption and maternal education with nutritional status (p<0.005). However, there was no association between vegetable consumption, probiotic drinks, as well as pocket money, parents' education and occupation with constipation (p>0.005). In addition, there was no association between vegetable consumption, probiotic drinks, as well as pocket money, mother's occupation, father's education and occupation with nutritional status (p>0.005).
