      Strategi Penetrasi Pasar Produk Tepung Premiks Bebas Gluten Mugo untuk Mencapai Pertumbuhan Berkelanjutan Melalui Analisis Pengalaman Pelanggan

      Abstract
      Sejak 2020, CV Nawasena Pangan Kreatif memproduksi tepung premiks bebas gluten Mugo. Perusahaan berusaha terus tumbuh bersama pertumbuhan permintaan produk bebas gluten dunia yang terus meningkat setiap tahunnya. Namun, dalam 2 tahun terakhir pertumbuhan pangsa pasar perusahaan sulit mencapai target. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengalaman pelanggan tepung premiks bebas gluten Mugo untuk dapat merumuskan strategi penetrasi pasar bagi perusahaan. Penelitian menggunakan persona canvas, empathy map, CJM, pemodelan BITSER, dan BITSER rangking untuk dapat memahami pribadi pelanggan, memetakan dan memahami pengalaman pelanggan dalam mengenal hingga merekomendasikan produk tepung premiks bebas gluten Mugo serta merumuskan rekomendasi strategi penetrasi pasar bagi perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, pelanggan memiliki halangan yang berbeda-beda pada setiap tahapan sehingga dibutuhkan strategi yang berbeda-beda pula. Perusahaan harus memfokuskan program strateginya untuk mengatasi halangan pada proses perilaku belanja pelanggan dan memberikan dorongan lebih untuk memunculkan kesetiaan pada pelanggan.
       
      Since 2020, CV Nawasena Pangan Creative has been producing Mugo gluten-free premix flour. The company strives to continue to grow along with the growth in world demand for gluten-free products which continues to increase every year. However, in the last 2 years the company's market share growth has been difficult to reach the target. This research aims to analyze the customer experience of Mugo gluten-free premix flour in order to formulate a market penetration strategy for the company. The research uses persona canvas, empathy map, CJM, BITSER modeling, and BITSER ranking to be able to understand customer personalities, map and understand customer experiences in getting to know and recommending Mugo gluten-free premix flour products and formulating market penetration strategy recommendations for the company. Based on the analysis results, customers have different obstacles at each stage so different strategies are needed. Companies must focus their strategic programs on overcoming obstacles to the customer shopping behavior process and provide more encouragement to generate customer loyalty.
