Hubungan Aktivitas Fisik, Status Hidrasi, Kualitas Diet, dan Kebugaran Atlet Basket Club Dramaga Muda Kabupaten Bogor
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara aktivitas fisik, status
hidrasi, kualitas diet dan kebugaran pada atlet basket Club Dramaga Muda
Kabupaten Bogor. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional study menggunakan
purposive sampling dengan jumlah 34 subjek. Data status gizi ditentukan dengan
indikator z-score IMT/U dan sebagian besar tergolong status gizi baik (76,5%).
Data aktivitas fisik subjek diukur menggunakan Phisycal Activity Level (PAL)
dengan rata-rata aktivitas tergolong ke dalam kategori berat pada hari latihan dan
ringan pada hari non latihan. Data status hidrasi didapat dengan metode Periksa
Urin Sendiri (PURI) dan sebagian besar subjek terhidrasi dengan baik. Data kualitas
diet diperoleh dari konversi food recall 2x24 jam dan diukur menggunakan Diet
Quality Index for Adolescent (DQI-A). Skor DQI-A subjek (57,2%) terkategori ke
dalam kuartil 3. Data kebugaran subjek didapat melalui Multi Stage Fitness Test
(MFT). Tingkat kebugaran subjek laki-laki (42,9 ± 4,2) dan perempuan (32,5 ± 3,6)
tergolong cukup. Ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan dan searah antara aktivitas
fisik dengan kebugaran subjek (p = 0,011; r = 0,430). Kualitas diet dan kebugaran
subjek juga memiliki hubungan signifikan yang searah (p = 0,006; r = 0,460).
Namun, tidak ditemukan hubungan antara status hidrasi dengan kebugaran subjek
(p>0,05). This study aims to analyze the relationship between physical activity, hydration status, diet quality and fitness in basketball athletes at the Dramaga Muda Club, Bogor Regency. The design of this research was a cross sectional study using purposive sampling with a total of 34 subjects. Nutritional status data was determined using the BMI for age z-score indicator and the majority were classified as good nutrition (76.5%). The subject's physical activity data was measured by Physical Activity Level (PAL) with average activity grouped into vigorous on exercise days and light on non exercise days. Hydration status data was obtained using the Self-Urine Check (PURI) method and most subjects were well hydrated.
Diet quality data was obtained from 2x24 hour food recall conversion and measured using the Diet Quality Index for Adolescent (DQI-A). The subject's DQI-A score (57.2%) was categorized into quartile 3. Subject fitness data was obtained through the Multi Stage Fitness Test (MFT). The fitness level of male subjects (42.9 ± 4.2) and female subjects (32.5 ± 3.6) was categorized as fair. A significant and unidirectional relationship was found between physical activity and the subject's fitness (p = 0.011; r = 0.430). Diet quality and subject fitness also had a significant relationship (p = 0.006; r = 0.460). However, no relationship was found between hydration status and subject fitness (p>0.05).
