      Strategi dan Pengembangan Bisnis pada Industri Oemah Sabut Kelapa Yogyakarta dengan Business Model Canvas (BMC)

      Abstract
      Potensi industri atau ekonomi kreatif pada era teknologi yang semakin pesat dan maju saat ini sangatlah tinggi. Oesaka menjadi salah satu bisnis yang mengembangkan usaha kreatif dari bahan baku sabut kelapa dengan produk utamanya, yaitu keset, pot, dan media tanam. Namun, bisnis tidak mungkin lepas dari kelemahan, kendala, serta tantangan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan model bisnis yang menjadi strategi untuk meningkatkan pengembangan bisnis tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) Mengidentifikasi kondisi bisnis yang sedang dijalani oleh Oesaka dengan pendekatan Business Model Canvas, (2) Menganalisis kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman (SWOT) dari setiap elemen BMC yang ada pada Oesaka, (3) Merumuskan strategi pengembangan bisnis yang perlu dijalankan oleh Oesaka berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT dari setiap elemen BMC Oesaka. Metode penelitian menggunakan Business Model Canvas dan analisis SWOT. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang yang merupakan pelanggan Oesaka. Hasil penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Oesaka perlu menambahkan beberapa solusi pada elemen BMC, yaitu Value Propositions, Key Partnerships, Key Activities, dan Customer Relationship.
       
      The potential of the creative industry or economy in this era of increasingly rapid and advanced technology is very high. Oesaka is one of the Businesses that develops creative Businesses from coconut coir raw materials with its main products namely mats, pots and planting media. However, Business is not free from weaknesses, constraints, and challenges. Therefore, a Business model is needed which is a strategy to improve Business development. The purpose of this study is to: (1) Identify the Business conditions that are being undertaken by Oesaka with the Business Model Canvas approach, (2) Analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) of each BMC element in Oesaka, (3) Formulate a Business development strategy that needs to be implemented by Oesaka based on the results of the SWOT analysis of each element of Oesaka's BMC. The research method uses the Business Model Canvas and SWOT analysis. Respondents in this study were 30 people who were Oesaka customers. The results of this study can be concluded that Oesaka needs to add several solutions to the BMC elements, namely Value Propositions, Key Partnerships, Key Activities, and Customer Relationships.
