dc.description.abstractStunting menjadi salah satu masalah gizi yang menjadi perhatian utama pemerintah di Indonesia untuk diamati dan diatasi. Masalah gizi stunting dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor teramasuk dimensi ketahanan pangan, yaitu ketersediaan dan konsumsi pangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis ketersediaan dan konsumsi pangan wilayah serta prevalensi stunting di Kabupaten Sumedang. Data yang diolah merupakan data sekunder dari dinas-dinas terkait di Kabupaten Sumedang pada tahun 2018-2020. Data disajikan secara deskriptif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan ketersediaan pangan dari segi kuantitas tergolong dalam kategori surplus. Kondisi konsumsi pangan wilayah dari segi kuantitas tergolong kategori baik untuk konsumsi energi dan lebih untuk konsumsi protein. Ketersediaan dan konsumsi pangan wilayah Kabupaten Sumedang masih dari segi kualitas masih belum beragam. Prevalensi stunting di Kabupaten Sumedang selama tahun 2018-2020 cenderung berfluktuatif, dan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 4,18 persen pada tahun 2020. Ketersediaan pangan wilayah dari segi kuantitas dan kualitas memiliki kecenderungan hubungan negatif dengan prevalensi stunting. Terdapat kecenderungan negatif antara konsumsi protein dan kualitas konsumsi pangan dengan prevlensi stunting. Terdapat kecenderungan hubungan positif antara konsumsi energi dan tingkat kemiskinan dengan prevalensi stunting.id
dc.description.abstractStunting is one of the nutritional problems that is the main concern of the government in Indonesia to be observed and overcome. The problem of stunting nutrition is influenced by many factors including the dimension of food security, namely food availability and consumption. This study aims to analyze the availability and consumption of regional food with the prevalence of stunting in Sumedang Regency. The data processed is secondary data from related agencies in Sumedang Regency in 2018-2020. The data is presented descriptively. The results of the analysis show that food availability in terms of quantity is classified as a surplus. The condition of regional food consumption in terms of quantity is classified as a good category for energy consumption and more for protein consumption. The availability and consumption of food in Sumedang Regency is still not diverse in terms of quality. The prevalence of stunting in Sumedang Regency during 2018-2020 tends to fluctuate, and has increased by 4.18 percent. Regional food availability in terms of quantity and quality has a tendency to be negatively related to the prevalence of stunting. There is a negative trend between protein consumption and the quality of food consumption with the prevalence of stunting. There is a positive relationship between energy consumption and poverty rates and stunting prevalence.id
