dc.description.abstractMasalah yang sering ditemui pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir adalah stres karena mengerjakan skripsi, sehingga memengaruhi pola makan, penurunan aktivitas fisik, dan durasi tidur yang pendek. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan stres, aktivitas fisik, durasi tidur, dan pola makan terhadap status gizi pada mahasiswa IPB tingkat akhir. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Mei–Juni 2023 pada 55 mahasiswa dengan studi cross sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sejumlah 34,5% mahasiswa mengalami stres tingkat ringan, 58,2% aktivitas fisik ringan, 80% mahasiswa memiliki durasi tidur kurang, dan sebagian besar mahasiswa memiliki rata-rata tingkat kecukupan gizi defisit. Hasil analisis korelasi rank Pearson menunjukkan terdapat hubungan signifikan bersifat positif antara aktivitas fisik dengan status gizi, dan hubungan signifikan bersifat negatif antara tingkat kecukupan energi, tingkat kecukupan protein, tingkat kecukupan lemak, dan tingkat kecukupan karbohidrat dengan status gizi (p<0,05). Tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara tingkat stres dan durasi tidur dengan status gizi (p>0,05).id
dc.description.abstractThe problem that is often encountered in final year students is stress from working on thesis, which affects eating habit, decreased physical activity, and short sleep duration. This study aims to analyze the relationship between stress, physical activity, sleep duration, and eating habit on the nutritional status of final year IPB students. The research was conducted in May–June 2023 on 55 students with a cross sectional study. The results showed that 34,5% of students experienced mild levels of stress, 58,2% had light physical activity, 80% of students had less sleep duration, and most students had an average deficit nutritional adequacy level. The results of Pearson's rank correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive relationship between physical activity and nutritional status, and a significant negative relationship between energy adequacy level, protein adequacy level, fat adequacy level, and carbohydrate adequacy level with nutritional status (p<0,05). There is no significant relationship between stress levels and sleep duration with nutritional status (p>0,05).id
