dc.description.abstractThe objective of this research was to know the contribution of school feeding and home feeding; and to know nutrient adequacy level elementary school children. cross sectional study design was used is in the research which was conducted by using from April to June 2009 in Aliya, Pertiwi, Baranangsiang and Kedung Badak 1 Elementary School Bogor. The samples of this research were 5 grade of elementary school students with and without school lunch program. The contribution of school feeding of samples with school lunch program were higher than samples without school lunch (p<0,05). The contribution of home feeding of samples with school lunch program were lower than samples without school lunch service (p<0,05). Adequacy level of energy, vitamin A and C of school with lunch services (p<0,05). The average level of protein, calcium, phosphor, and iron of samples with and without school lunch program were not different. These result elaborate that the lower contribution of feeding school of student without school lunch program was compensated by home feeding.id
