dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara status gizi, kualitas diet, dan frekuensi minuman isotonik dengan daya tahan anaerobik pada atlet taekwondo Speed Club Wonosobo. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional study dan dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data status gizi ditentukan menggunakan indikator z-score IMT/U. Sebagian besar status gizi subjek tergolong gizi baik (-0,63 SD). Data kualitas diet didapatkan dari food recall 2x24 jam dan diukur menggunakan Diet Quality Index Adolescent (DQI-A). Kualitas diet subjek (70,5%) dikategorikan dalam kuartil 4 (>61,2%). Frekuensi minum minuman isotonik didapatkan melalui wawancara dengan kuesioner dan rata-rata subjek minum minuman isotonik dalam frekuensi kadang (2-3 kali seminggu). Daya tahan anaerobik diukur dengan Running-based Anaerobic Sprint Test (RAST). Indeks kelelahan subjek tergolong tidak lelah (5,29 watt/detik). Terdapat hubungan yang searah, cukup kuat, dan signifikan antara status gizi dengan indeks kelelahan (p<0,05), serta terdapat hubungan yang tidak searah, cukup kuat, dan signifikan antara kualitas diet dengan indeks kelelahan (p<0,05), namun hubungan antara frekuensi minuman isotonik dengan indeks kelelahan tidak signifikan dan sangat lemah (p>0,05).id
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to analyze the relationship between nutritional status, diet quality, and frequency of isotonic drinks with anaerobic endurance in taekwondo Speed Club Wonosobo athletes. This research design is a cross sectional study and selected by purposive sampling. Nutritional status data was determined using the IMT/U z-score indicator. Most of the subjects's nutritional status was classified as good nutrition (-0.63 SD). Diet quality data was obtained from 2x24 hour food recall and measured using the Diet Quality Index Adolescent (DQI-A). The diet quality of the subjects (70.5%) was categorized in quartile 4 (>61.2%). The frequency of drinking isotonic drinks was obtained through interviews with questionnaires and the average subject drank isotonic drinks in the frequency of sometimes (2-3 times a week). Anaerobic endurance was measured by Running-based Anaerobic Sprint Test (RAST). The fatigue index of the subjects was classified as not fatigued (5.29 watts/second). There was a unidirectional, moderately strong, and significant relationship between nutritional status and fatigue index (p<0.05), and there was an unidirectional, moderately strong, and significant relationship between diet quality and fatigue index (p<0.05), but the relationship between isotonic drink frequency and fatigue index was not significant and very weak (p>0.05)id
