dc.description.abstractSapi perah merupakan sapi yang dimanfaatkan untuk menghasilkan susu sebagai produk utama. Pengoptimalan produktivitas sapi perah dapat dilakukan dengan evaluasi Good Dairy Farming Practices (GDFP). Salah satu aspek GDFP adalah Good Feeding dan Good Breeding. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode pengamatan secara langsung dan wawancara terhadap para peternak dan parah ahli. Analisis data dimulai dengan evaluasi Good Feeding dan Good Breeding, setelah itu pemeringkatan bobot prioritas untuk AHP, terakhir hasil evaluasi digabungkan dengan bobot AHP untuk mendapatkan nilai peforma gabungan. Hasil evaluasi Good Feeding dan Good Breeding secara berurutan adalah 3,52 (baik) dan 3,35 (cukup). Good Feeding merupakan faktor penentu paling penting dibandingkan dengan Good Breeding. Kriteria paling penting adalah kualitas konsentrat, sedangkan kriteria paling tidah penting adalah bangsa sapi yang dipelihara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini perlu dilakukan lebih lanjut tentang pengembangan dengan kriteria prioritas tertinggi pada Good Feeding dan Good Breeding terhadap produktivitas sapi perah.id
dc.description.abstractDairy cows are cows that are used to produce milk as the main product. Optimization of dairy cattle productivity can be done by evaluating Good Dairy Farming Practices (GDFP). This study aims to evaluate Good Feeding and Good Breeding and analyze the determinants that are most influential on the evaluation of Good Feeding and Good Breeding on dairy farms in KPSBU Lembang (case study: Manoko and Cisaroni). The research was conducted by direct observation method and interviews with breeders and severe experts. Data analysis begins with the evaluation of Good Feeding and Good Breeding, then the ranking of priority weights for AHP, finally the evaluation results are combined with AHP weights to obtain combined performance values. The evaluation results of Good Feeding and Good Breeding respectively are 3.52 (good) and 3,35 (sufficient). Good Feeding is the most important determining factor compared to Good Breeding. The most important criterion is the quality of concentration, while the last criterion is the nation of cattle raised. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to do more about the vi development with the highest priority criteria on Good Feeding and Good Breeding on dairy cattle productivity.id
