Due to the global pandemic caused by Covid-19, many companies, including tech companies, were forced to hire their employees from home to comply with social constraints and the implementation of health protocols. The changes in the work environment, such as transitioning from working in an office to working from home have impacted the employees’ quality of life, particularly given the differences in characteristics for Generation Y. The impact on the quality of work-life, differences in characteristics for Generation Y, and new work environments in technology companies lead to other changes, such as the quality of working life, leading to employee turnover intentions. As a result, this research was aimed to examine the impact of work-life quality and its impact on employee turnover intention in each dominant generation in technology companies in Indonesia and Malaysia. The quality of Cascio's work-life theory and Olesegun's turnover intention theory were used to develop the indicators. The information was gathered through questionnaires and analyzed by using Second Order Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling. The findings revealed that applying indicators of quality of work-life in Indonesia to technology companies in Indonesia and Malaysia significantly affected the employees’ turnover intention.id
