dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan mempelajari dan menganalisis hubungan antara tingkat kecukupan energi dan zat gizi, tingkat stress, dan status gizi terhadap kapasitas kerja pada pekerja wanita. Desain penelitian ini adalah studi cross sectional dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 41 pekerja wanita CV. Amanda Brownies Jawa Barat. Penelitian dilakukan pada pertengahan bulan Agustus 2022– pertengahan bulan September 2022 Pengumpulan data dilakukan tatap muka dengan metode wawancara dan pengisian kuesioner. Sebagian besar subjek memiliki tingkat kecukupan energi dan zat gizi defisit. Sebagian besar subjek memiliki status gizi normal (80,5%). Sebagian besar subjek tidak mengalami stress atau termasuk kategori normal (61%). analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara usia dengan kapasitas kerja (p=0,001, r=-0,591), lama kerja dengan kapasitas kerja (p=0,000, r=0,917), dan hubungan yang signifikan antara pendapatan dengan kapasitas kerja (p=0,015, r=0,376). Adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara status pekerja tetap dan kontrak Sig. (2 tailed) 0,000. Tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan tingkat kecukupan energi dan zat gizi makro serta mikro (Vitamin C dan Fe) (p>0,05). Begitupula dengan variabel tingkat stres dengan kapasitas kerja dan status gizi dengan kapasitas kerja (p>0,05) yang juga menunjukkan tidak adanya hubungan yang signifikan. | id |
dc.description.abstract | This study aims to study and analyze the relationship between nutritional adequacy, stress level, and nutritional status on the work capacity of female workers. The design of this research is a cross sectional study with the number of subjects as many as 41 female workers CV. Amanda Brownies West Java. The study was conducted in mid-August 2022–mid-September 2022. Data collection was carried out offline by interviewing and filling out questionnaires. Most of the subjects had a deficit nutritional adequacy level. Most of the subjects had normal nutritional status (80.5%). Most of the subjects did not experience stress or were included in the normal category (61%). The analysis shows that there is a significant correlation between age and work capacity (p=0.001, r=-0.591), length of work and work capacity (p=0.000, r=0.917), and a significant correlation between income and work capacity (p=0.015, r=0.376).
