dc.description.abstractTuberkulosis (TB) merupakan infeksi yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil gizi pasien TB paru rawat inap di RSUD Cibinong Bogor. Desain penelitian ini yaitu cross sectional study dengan 30 subjek yang dipilih secara incidental sampling. Data usia, jenis kelamin, kelas perawatan, berat badan, tinggi badan, biokimia, klinis, fisik, dan terapi medis diperoleh melalui electronic medical record. Data pendidikan, pekerjaan, dan lama menderita TB dikumpulkan melalui wawancara. Data asupan makanan dikumpulkan melalui Food weighing dan Comstock. Status gizi pasien TB paru sebagian besar tergolong kurus (66,7%) dengan rata-rata IMT 17,7  3,5 kg/m2. Rata-rata kebutuhan energi subjek yaitu 2223  216,1 kkal dan protein 111,2  13,1 gram. Rata-rata asupan energi subjek sebesar 1636  460,4 kkal dan protein 56,8  20,5 gram, sedangkan rata-rata pemenuhan kebutuhan gizinya yaitu energi 74,4  20,5% dan protein 51,6  17,4%. Tidak ada hubungan signifikan antara asupan gizi dan pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi dengan lama hari rawat inap pasien TB paru. Namun, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara asupan karbohidrat dengan lama menderita TB (p=0,043), dan kelas perawatan dengan lama hari rawat inap (p=0,021).id
dc.description.abstractTuberculosis (TB) is an infection caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The aim of this study was to know nutritional profile of pulmonary TB inpatients at Cibinong Regional Hospital Bogor. Design of this study was cross sectional study with 30 subjects selected by incidental sampling. Age, sex, treatment class, weight, height, laboratory, clinical, physical, and medical therapy data were obtained from electronic medical records. Education, occupation, and duration of Tuberculosis data were collected by interviews. Food intake was collected by Food weighing and Comstock. Nutritional status of most pulmonary TB patients was underweight (66.7%) with average BMI 17,7  3,5 kg/m2. Average energy requirement of subjects was 2223  216,1 kcal and protein 111,2  13,1 grams. Average energy intake was 1636  460,4 kcal and protein 56,8  20,5 grams, while average fulfillment of nutritional needs was energy 74,4  20,5% and protein 51,6  17,4%. There was no significant correlation between nutrition intake with length of stay of pulmonary Tuberculosis patients. However, there was a significant correlation between carbohydrates intake with duration of TB (p=0.043), and treatment class with length of stay (p=0.021).id
