dc.description.abstractKasus kelebihan berat badan pada remaja di Kabupaten Magetan masih tergolong tinggi yaitu 9,75%. Masa pandemi Covid-19 membuat aktivitas diluar rumah sangat dibatasi sehingga mempengaruhi (tingkat stres, durasi tidur, dan keragaman pangan) remaja, karena secara tidak langsung berhubungan dengan tingkat keragaman pangan. Tingkat keragaman pangan bergantung dari pengetahuan gizi yang dimiliki seseorang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional study dengan subyek sebanyak 75 orang yang dilakukan pada Februari-Maret 2021 di enam SMAN di Magetan. Keberadaan perbedaan data antar kelompok subyek dan korelasi antar variabel masing-masing dianalisis dengan uji Man-Whitney, Spearman dan Chi-square. Subyek berusia 16-18 tahun dengan 38 berstatus gizi normal dan 37 berstatus overweight. Sebanyak 68% subyek memiliki pengetahuan gizi seimbang yang kurang, 81,3% mengalami stres tingkat sedang, 94,7% dengan durasi tidur yang buruk dan 53,3% memiliki tingkat keragaman pangan yang kurang. Hasil uji Spearman menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan (p>0,05) antara karakteristik subjek (usia), karakteristik keluarga (penghasilan orangtua), pengetahuan gizi seimbang, tingkat stres, dan durasi tidur dengan tingkat keragaman pangan serta tidak terdapat hubungan (p>0,05) antara tingkat keragaman pangan dengan kejadian kelebihan berat badan pada remaja SMAN di Magetan selama masa pandemi.id
dc.description.abstractThe overweight cases in adolescents in Magetan is relatively high, sitting at 9.75%. The Covid-19 pandemic has severely limited outside activities and it has affected the stress levels, sleep duration, and food variety of adolescents, indirectly related to their food variety. Food variety depends on a person’s knowledge regarding nutrition. This cross-sectional research involved 75 subjects and was conducted between February-March 2021 in six State Senior High Schools in Magetan. The difference of data between subject group and correlation between variables were analyzed using Mann-Whitney, Spearman and Chi-Square test. The subjects were aged 16-18 years with 38 of them had normal nutritional status and the other 37 had overweight status. There were 68% of subjects with poor knowledge of balanced nutrition, 81.3% experienced moderate stress, 94.7% had poor sleep duration, and 53.3% had lack of food variety. Further test results using the Spearman test also stated that there was no relationship (p>0,05) the subject characteristic (age), family characteristic (parent’s income), knowledge of balanced nutrition, stress levels, sleep duration and the food variety levels, and there was no relationship (p>0,05) between food variety levels and the incidence of overweight in state senior high school adolescents in Magetan during the pandemic.id
