dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh suplementasi katuk depolarisasi terhadap produksi dan kualitas susu sapi FH periode laktasi ketiga. Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 ekor sapi FH periode laktasi ketiga pada satu bulan setelah beranak yang berumur 48 bulan yang dipelihara di PT.GGL di Lampung. Perlakuan menggunakan aditif pakan berupa bubuk dan pellet katuk depolarisasi selama 6 minggu (2 minggu sebelum beranak hingga 4 minggu setelah beranak). Data hasil penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Peubah yang diamati terdiri dari konsumsi pakan, produksi dan kualitas susu. Kualitas susu meliputi berat jenis, kadar lemak, kadar protein, bahan kering (BK), dan bahan kering tanpa lemak (BKTL). Penggunaan katuk depolarisasi sebagai aditif pakan berpotensi meningkatkan produksi susu. Katuk depolarisasi menghasilkan susu dengan kadar protein, BK, BKTL yang relatif lebih tinggi, dan kadar lemak yang relatif lebih rendah dibandingkan kontrol.id
dc.description.abstractThis study was conducted to determine the effect of supplementation depolarization katuk on production and milk quality of FH dairy cow in third lactation periods. FH dairy cow was used in study including three FH dairy cow on third lactation periods of one month after calving birth at the age of 48 months were kept in PT. GGL in Lampung. The feeding treatments was used feed additive of powder and pellet of depolarization katuk for 6 weeks (2 weeks before it calved and 4 weeks after it calved). The data are being analyzed with description. Variable measured including milk production and its quality. Milk quality included milk density, fat, protein, total solid (TS), and solid non-fat (SNF). Using depolarization katuk as feed additive potentially increase milk production. Depolarization katuk produced milk with protein, TS, SNF relatively higher, and fat relatively lower than control.id
