Keterbatasan akses terhadap pangan berpengaruh terhadap kualitas dan
kuantitas konsumsi pangan rumah tangga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
menganalisis kualitas konsumsi pangan keluarga, kuantitas konsumsi zat gizi balita,
pola asuh ibu, dan hubungannya dengan status gizi balita KPM PKH di Kecamatan
Harau. Penelitian cross sectional study dilakukan pada bulan Maret hingga Juni
2021 pada 90 subjek. Data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara berdasarkan kuesioner,
Food recall, dan HDDS. Subjek memiliki kualitas konsumsi yang tergolong tinggi
(97,8%), tingkat kecukupan energi defisit (40,0%), tingkat kecukupan protein lebih
(84,4%), Tingkat kecukupan zat besi (56,7%), vitamin A (98,9%), dan zinc (68,9%)
cukup. Pola asuh ibu subjek tergolong baik (54,4%). Status gizi subjek yaitu berat
badan normal (78,9%), tinggi normal (72,2%), gizi baik berdasarkan BB/TB
(81,1%), dan gizi baik berdasarkan IMT/U (82,2%). Tidak terdapat hubungan yang
signifikan antara pola asuh, kualitas konsumsi, dan kuantitas konsumsi dengan
status gizi subjek (p>0,05). Limited access to food affects the quality and quantity of household food
consumption. This study aims to analyze the quality of family food consumption,
quantity of nutritional consumption of children under five, mother's parenting, and
its relationship with the nutritional status of toddlers from the family who get the
benefit from family program of hope. in Harau District. The cross sectional study
was conducted in March to June 2021 on 90 subjects. Data obtained from interviews
based on questionnaires, Food recall, and HDDS. Subjects had a high quality of
consumption (97.8%), a level of energy deficit adequacy (40.0%), an excess level
of protein adequacy (84.4%), a sufficient level of iron (56.7%), vitamin A (98.9%),
and zinc (68.9%) was sufficient. The subject's mother's parenting pattern is
classified as good (54.4%). The nutritional status of the subjects were normal
weight (78.9%), normal height (72.2%), good nutrition based on WHZ (81.1%),
and good nutrition based on BAZ (82.2%). There is no significant relationship
between parenting, quality of consumption, and quantity of consumption with the
nutritional status of the subject (p>0.05).
