dc.description.abstractTenaga kerja merupakan orang yang mampu melakukan suatu pekerjaan untuk menghasilkan barang. Pemberdayaan perempuan secara aktif meningkatkan perempuan untuk mendapatkan kedudukan sama dalam bekerja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis hubungan pemberdayaan perempuan, pendapatan, pola konsumsi pangan, dan status gizi pekerja bordir di Tasikmalaya. Penelitian cross sectional study dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2021–Januari 2022 pada 61 subjek berusia ≥40 tahun (47,5%) dengan status gizi gemuk tingkat berat (47,5%). Pengambilan data diperoleh dari wawancara berdasarkan WEAI, FFQ, Food recall, dan FCS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara dua domain pemberdayaan perempuan (r=-0,253, p=0,049), frekuensi konsumsi susu (r=0,256, p=0,046), tingkat kecukupan zat besi (r=-0,352, p=0,005), dan kualitas konsumsi (r=0,266, p=0,038) dengan status gizi. Tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan (p>0,05) pada pendapatan istri dan kelurga, frekuensi konsumsi, tingkat kecukupan zat gizi makro dan mikro, pengetahuan, sikap, serta praktik gizi dengan status gizi.id
dc.description.abstractThe employee is capable of doing a job to goods produce. Women’s empowerment actively increases women to achieve equal positions in work. The aim of this research is to analyze the relation of women's empowerment, income, food consumption patterns, and nutritional status of the embroidery employee in Tasikmalaya. Design cross-sectional study of this research was conducted in December 2021–january 2022 on 61 subjects aged ≥40 years of age (47.5%) with severe obesity (47.5%). Data retrieval was obtained from interviews based on WEAI, FFQ, Food recall, and FCS. The results showed significant relationship between the two domains of women’s empowerment (r=-0.253, p=0.049), milk frequency consumption (r=0.256, p=0.046), level of iron (r=-0.352, p=0.005), and consumption quality (r=0.266, p=0.038) with nutritional status. There is no significant relationship (p>0.05) between wife and family income, frequency of consumption, level of adequacy of macro and micronutrients, knowledge, attitude, and nutrition practices with nutritional status.id
