Sebagian besar subjek memiliki rata-rata tingkat kecukupan gizi defisit, 83,3% subjek berstatus gizi normal dan 63,3% subjek memiliki nilai skor stress terkategori stres sedang.
Final-year students often experience stress because they work on their thesis, which may affect their eating habits and nutritional status. This study analyzes the relationship between stress scores, eating habits, and final year students' nutritional status. The study used a cross-sectional study design involving 30 subjects. The research was conducted from November 2019 to March 2020 at the Faculty of Human Ecology, IPB. The data collected were individual and family characteristics, stress scores, eating habits, and nutritional status. Stress score data were collected using the Depression Anxiety Stress Scales 42 (DASS 42) questionnaire while eating habit data were collected using the Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) and 2 x 24-hour recall. The results showed that the diet of most of the subjects did not comply with balanced nutrition guidelines. Most of the subjects had an average nutritional adequacy deficit, 83.3% of subjects with normal nutritional status, and 63.3% had stress score categorized as moderate stress levels. There is a significant negative relationship between the stress score and energy intake (p <0.05), meaning that the higher the students stress score the lower the energy intake. There is no relationship between eating habits and nutritional status (p<0.05), as well as no relationship between stress scores and nutritional status (P>0.05).id
